Methods of Payment:



If you would like to pay by check, please call or e-mail me. After we receive you check please allow 3-5 days for clearance.

Gift Purchases:
If you are purchasing items as a gift, please specify in either the "comments" section on PayPal or send me an e-mail. If you wish we can send the package directly to the recipient with a card.

Gift Certificates:
If you are using a gift certificate to pay, please e-mail me first.

Shipping & Handling:

Most items are made to order and will ship within 1-2 weeks from the date the order is placed.

Returns & Repairs Policy:
The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping any returned merchandise. No refunds are offered. When returning an item the customer can apply a credit to merchandise available on the website.

In the unlikely event a piece needs repair, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping as well as a $10 per piece repair fee. As the merchandise is constantly changing, we cannot guarantee all beads and stones will be available. We will do our best to find something similar.
